The Great Little Hamper Company Ltd accepts all major credit & debit cards. For your security all payment transactions will be processed online by PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this checkout. Your private data will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. For added security, we do not store your credit card details.
Hamper Refunds
If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your hampers, please contact us immediately by email including your telephone number and a member of staff will contact you shortly. We will endeavour to resolve any issues to your full satisfaction or offer a full refund upon receipt of the authorised returned goods. (authorisation should be gained through email) Please ensure the hampers are unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged Hampers
All hampers and contents are thoroughly quality checked before dispatch. If however you find any of the hampers to be damaged please contact us immediately by email and we will replace any damaged hampers free of charge or refund the full purchase price upon receipt of the original item.
Substitutions
Very occaisionally we may need to make a substitution. The Great Little Hamper Company Ltd reserves the right to substitute any items included in hampers of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the web site are unavailable. The Great Little hamper Company Ltd will inform you if this is to happen.
Force Majeure
The Great Little Hamper Company Ltd will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the expected hamper delivery date. The Great Little Hamper company Ltd shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the customer, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
Any use of thegreatlittlehamper.co.uk website is subject to the user agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. These conditions shall apply to all online transactions between www.thegreatlitlehampercompany.co.uk (The Great Little Hamper Company) and any person, firm or company (“the customer”) placing an order online with The Great Little Hamper Company for the manufacture and/or supply of any goods (“the Goods”). The Great Litt;le Hamper Company, by accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser, agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on The Great Little Hamper company’s website and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of The Great Little Hamper Company stated herein.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
