UK Hampers ReturnsWe want you to be delighted with your hampers, so we offer a no fuss returns policy.
Hamper Refunds
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your hampers, please
contact us immediately on our Enquiry Form. Please include your telephone number and a
member of staff will contact you shortly. We will endeavour to resolve
any issues to your full satisfaction or offer a full refund upon
receipt of the authorized returned goods.
Damaged Hampers
All hampers and contents are thoroughly quality checked before
dispatch. If, however, you find any of the goods to be damaged please email penny@thegreatlittlehampercompany.co.uk and we will replace any damaged hampers
free of charge or refund the full purchase price upon receipt of the
authorized returned goods. *
*We politely ask that you do not
return hampers or gifts without first contacting us. Where possible, please ensure the hampers are unused and in the original packaging and notify us within 5 days of receiving them.
